北德州亞裔攝影協會2007年第一次攝影比賽收件延至六月中

北德州亞裔攝影協會本月舉辦2007年度第一次攝影比賽，比賽採開放制，會員及非會員均可參加。歡迎新舊會員及一般社會人士踴躍報名！

由於連日來反應熱烈，多人來電要求延長收件時間。經籌備會商議，決定順應民意，收件日期延後兩週，發表日期亦順延至七月初，詳情如下:

收件日期：即日起至6 月15日(星期五)下午5時止
收件地點：達福中國城「維美文化」400 N. Greenville Ave #8A, Richardson, Tx 75081
相片大小：8” x 10” (含) 以上
比賽組別：「初級」 與 「高級」共兩組 (自選)
參賽資格：會員(免費)及非會員(參賽費每張3元，不得退款)皆歡迎
參賽件數：不限
評審委員：由本會聘請
發表日期： 7月 6日 世界日報、C週刊、及本地中文報紙
頒獎日期： 7月 7日 DFW Technology Activity Center, 999 Arapaho Road, Suite 300, Richardson, TX 75081
優勝獎品：
一等獎、 $100/$150 及獎狀乙張 (初級/ 高級 各乙名，共兩名)
二等獎、 $75/$100 及獎狀乙張 (初級 / 高級 各乙名，共兩名)
三等獎、 $50/$70 及獎狀乙張 (初級 / 高級 各乙名，共兩名)
遺珠獎 攝影構圖書籍乙冊 及獎狀乙張 (不分組，共三名)
(以上由評審委員選出)

會員獎 $60.00 及獎狀乙張 (不分組，共兩名)
(以上由6月20日出席月會之全體會員選出)

最先送件參賽前五名贈送8” x 10”相片乙張以資鼓勵

所有送交相片必須是本人作品。冒用他人作品者永遠取消參賽資格！

First Photo Contest Deadline Extended to June 15

In response to several calls for prolonging the deadline, the Board decided to extend the cutoff date to June 15, so that more people can participate. The updated details are as following:

Enter Duration: Now till June 15, 2007

# of Photos Submitted per Person: No limit

Size of Each Photo Submitted: 8” x 10” or bigger

Put name, email address and phone number on back of each photo

Competition Levels: Beginner and Advance (self decided)

3 winners on each Level
3 honorable mentions and 2 people’s choice (mixed)

Winner Announcement: 07/06/2007
Chinese Newspapers and C-weekly will post the results on July 6, 2007

Member Enter: Free
Non-member Enter: $3.00 per photo submitted

Annual Membership is $30.00 ($3.00 is deductible if join membership)

Winners:

First Place - $100/$150 for Beginner/Advanced levels 1 each; total 2 winners
Second Place - $75/$100 for Beginner/Advanced levels 1 each; total 2 winners
Third Place - $50/$70 for Beginner/Advanced levels 1 each; total 2 winners
People's Choice - $60.00 (mixed); total 2 winners
Honorable Mention - photo book (mixed); total 3 winners
Each of the above also will be given a certificate of award
First 5 turn in photos - one free 8” x 10” photo (mixed); total 5 winners

NOTE: All photos submitted must be your own work. Copying others will be disqualified for ever.
